Last week at the Gusto Showcase, I sat down with their team (and even grabbed lunch with CEO Tomer!) and it hit me. Growth doesn’t break you, operations do. As a founder, the biggest efficiency hack I’ve found isn’t flashy. It’s the boring backend systems like payroll, PTO, and compliance actually working the way they should.
