I invited a group of ambitious women into my home in San Francisco last month for my first-ever Gen She mastermind, and by the end of the night, we were crying at the dinner table. 🥹🤍

And this weekend we sold out our next mastermind in less than 3 minutes…wild!!

Women flew in from Peru, Scotland, Seattle, New York, Australia, Portugal and beyond to spend the day getting clear on what they truly want and the actual tactical steps to get there.

So many of you have asked what it’s actually like, so I’m taking you behind the scenes of our 12-hour day: one-on-one mentorship, personal branding and content strategy, building AI agents for our businesses, rooftop TikToks, hair and makeup from Glamsquad, and a private chef dinner where we opened up about our ambitions, our doubts, and the things we’re usually figuring out alone.

We talked about making more money, telling your story in a way only you can, and turning a big goal into a plan you can act on. But the moment I keep coming back to is one of the girls saying, “For the first time, I think I’ve found my people.”

I want to share as much of what happens in these rooms as I possibly can: the lessons, the strategies, the honest conversations. I’ll keep ungatekeeping what I’m learning and giving you as much as I can for free always, because you’re part of this community whether or not you ever come to my house.

There’s also something that’s really hard to give you through a screen: someone sitting next to you, working through the specifics of your business. The conversation over dinner where you finally admit what you’re scared of. The friendships that become people you can call when you’re stuck, or when something amazing happens and you want someone to celebrate with.

That support, connectedness, and space to be vulnerable are such a huge part of growth and success too. Bringing this room together reminded me how much we need it.
